How do you clean the surface to be sealed? Indoor surfaces must be steam-cleaned. We achieve this though our state of the art cleaning process which extracts the moisture during cleaning before applying the sealer. Exterior surfaces are pressure washed with heat.

How soon can I walk on the surface after sealing? This varies depending on temp, humidity, & absorbency of the surface being sealed. Usually within a couple of hours, you can be back on the surface.
